Refunds

To make sure we provide 100% satisfaction in serving you we offer a 3-day Return & Exchange Policy from the day the item was received. 

  1. Regular-priced items can be EXCHANGED for store credit only.  All sale items are FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED.
  2. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused and undamaged. 
  3. Customers are strongly recommended to get insurance when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  4. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  5. When the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a store gift card.


To start a return, you can contact us at shop@ceesweat.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
